This is writing command bit to DRAM.
Writing "1" to this bit outputs setting condition of DRAM initialization command register
[1]/[2] to DRAM during 1ck period of time.
Note:
•
When DRCMD bit does not issue command in the initialization mode, the state
becomes NOP or DSEL to DRAM.
•
Only when CMDBSY (bit 1) is "0", "1" is able to be written to this bit.
