Note that the OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R can support multiple WLANs while it is connected to its
Alcatel OmniAccess Switch or Appliance. However, when it loses connection to its Alcatel OmniAccess
Switch or Appliance, it supports only one WLAN on its local subnet.
The following figure shows a typical OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R configuration:
Note that the OmniAccess AP 1200R or 1250R must have a DHCP server available on its local subnet,
so it can obtain an IP address upon reboot. Also note that the OmniAccess 1200R APs at each remote
location must be on the same subnet to allow client roaming.
