Checking the grounding straps

Grounding strap in the stand
1. Perform a visual and "hands-on" inspection of the grounding straps to
ensure that they have complete and firm contact at the positions
marked.
If the grounding straps do not have correct contact:
Fasten the grounding straps correctly.
2. Perform a visual inspection of the grounding straps for damage.
If the grounding straps are damaged:
Replace the grounding straps.
