Error code Description
E7 61 12 Unit is not ready for operation
Error code Description
E6 61 13 Error writing on the persistent
memory of the diaphragm unit.

E7 61 14 Communication error of the motor
driver on DX61.
Error code Description
E5 61 15 Drive overtemperature.
Can occur after frequent diaphragm
travel, e.g. during demo operation at
a fair.

E7 61 17 The installed diaphragm mechanics
do not match the system version.

E5 61 20 Horizontal motor malfunction during
operation.
