busyout tone-clock
Use busyout tone-clock to place a tone/clock circuit pack in a maintenance busy
state. No periodic or scheduled tests are performed on the busied out object until
it is released. When the object is maintenance busy it is deactivated, and no call
processing activity may include the busied object. Warning alarms (error type 18)
are generated on each tone/clock circuit pack, so that INADS can determine the
state of the objects.
Use release tone-clock to reactivate the tone/clock.
