The number of non-ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) calls that the agent

has received (incoming) and completed during the current period. The
maximum number of calls is 255, and if this maximum is exceeded, 255 is
displayed. This field is measurement data.

Use monitor health to display the current system alarm summary, maintenance
busy summary, user summary, critical system status, and cabinet status, that are
updated every minute.
After this command is terminated, users are logged off.
