Troubleshooting Features
System Tone Test Call
The system tone test call connects the voice terminal user to a specific system
tone. To place the call:
1. Dial the Facility Test Call Feature Access Code and listen for dial tone.
The Feature Access Code is set on the Feature Access Codes screen.
2. Dial port network number (1), then dial
identification number listed in
Table 6. System Tone Identification Numbers
