8-bit PWM Control Register (PW8CR)

The 8-bit PWM control register (PW8CR) is an 8-bit readable/writable register that controls PWM
functions. PW8CR is initialized to H'00 by a reset.
Bits 7 to 4 Reserved: These bits cannot be modified and are always read as 1.
Bits 3 to 0 Output Polarity Select (PWC3 to PWC0): These bits select the output polarity of
PWMn pin between positive or negative (reverse).
