The TMB is an 8-bit read/write register which works to control the interrupts, to select the auto
reloading function and to select the input clock.
When reset, the TMB is initialized to H'18.
Bit 7    Selecting the Auto Reloading Function (TMB17): This bit works to select the auto
reloading function of the Timer B.
