WATER PUMP
- Remove and refit

COOLING SYSTEM
Removing
1. Drain the cooling system.
i.
Slacken the alternator mounting bolts, release the
tension from the water pump/alternator drive belt,
and slip the belt from the water pump pully.
3. Remove the three nuts and spring washers securing
the water pump mounting flange to the water pump
body.
4. Withdraw the water pump.
Refitting
5. Clean the water pump mounting faces and fit a new
gasket.
6. Reverse instructions 1 to 3.
