Start Remote Help Session
When speaking with FUJIFILM VisualSonics Technical Support, you may be asked to start a remote help
session.
To start a remote support session:
1. Open the SonoSite support portal.
Plug a USB keyboard into the Vevo F2 and press Ctrl + F1. The SonoSite support portal

(itsupport.sonosite.com) and a virtual keyboard appears.
2. In the Session Key field, enter the session ID provided by FUJIFILM VisualSonics support and then
tap Submit.
The remote assistance software download automatically starts, and automatically launches after the
download is complete.
3. When the remote assistance software starts, the following screen appears to show that it is
attempting to connect to a tech support representative.
Once the connection is established, the remote support client opens, and shows the following terms
and conditions screen:
