If exporting the same spectral curve to Vevo LAB, Vevo LAB may or may not overwrite the existing
l
curve. Vevo LAB will use the spectral curve that has the most recent edits, if there are any.
The Export Selected button is disabled if there are no components selected, or if only VsiSystem
l
default components are selected.
To export a curve:
1. (Administrator users only) In the User drop-down list, select the user that will see this curve.
2. On the Select Components list, select up to nine components to include in the curve.
3. (Optional) Tap Normalize Graph to adjust the Y-axis values to a notionally common scale.
4. Tap Export Curves.
A flyout with two export options appears.
5. In the flyout that appears, select one of the following options:
Export Selected: Exports only the selected curves.
o
Export All - Exports all of the available curves, regardless if they are selected or not.
o
6. Within the export window, t ap to select the location for the exported file.
7. (Optional) Create a new folder.
8. (Optional) Enter a new name other than the system generated default name for your exported curve
in the text box.
9. Tap Export.
The system exports the curve as a *.cxml file and includes the file date and time of export.
To Import a PA Spectral Curve
Note:
If importing the same spectral curve from Vevo LAB, the system software
may or may not overwrite the existing curve—the software will use the spectral
curve that has the most recent edits, if any.
1. Tap Import Curves.
2. In the file navigation menu that appears, locate and select the curve file to import.
3. Tap Import.
The imported curve appears on the Select Components list.
