Using Spectral Unmixing
1. Acquire or load a PA-Mode (Multi-wavelength) image.
2. Tap Unmix.
The Spectral Unmixing menu appears.
3. In the Spectral Unmixing menu, tap components in the Select Components list on the left to select
the components that will appear in the unmixed image. Components selected will appear on the
graph to the right of the menu.
4. (Optional) Save, load, or manage custom presets.
To save a new preset:
o
i. Edit existing layers or add additional wavelengths by dragging the appropriate
wavelengths to the panel on the left.
ii. Reorder available layers by tapping and dragging the list of layers.
iii. When all changes are done, tap Save Preset and enter a name in the Save Preset
field.
iv. Tap Save.
