3D Mode
3D Mode provides a three-dimensional view of an area of interest from frame-based imaging modes.
The system acquires 3D Mode data by using the 3D motor accessory to acquire a series of B-Mode slices,
then combining those slices into a 3D data set that can be visualized and manipulated.
You can use 3D Mode to:
View and render objects of interest. Once segmented, volumetric measurements can be made on
l
targets such as tumors or growths (available on Vevo LAB).
Segment objects on any plane or across planes (available on Vevo LAB).
l
Measure lengths, areas and volume (area and volume measurements available on Vevo LAB).
l
3D Mode is available when using any of the following modes:
B-Mode
l
Color Doppler Mode
l
Power Doppler Mode
l
PA-Mode (Single)
l
PA-Mode (Oxy-Hemo)
l
PA-Mode (Multi-wavelength) (only for images that are multiplexed)
l
Nonlinear Contrast Mode

3D Mode data is compiled from slices of B-Mode images
