Element Loop
An Element Loop block cycles through a series of offsets used by a Tx/Rx Event to move the transmit or
receive aperture with each repetition.
Users can also set the Tx/Rx Event contained in the loop to use the offsets in the loop instead of the offsets
set in the Tx/Rx Event.
