6. On the control panel, tap the Cube tab.
The Motor Position setup panel appears.
7. At the Motor Position section of the Motor Position setup panel, slide the Start and Stop indicators to
locate the object of interest. Center the indicators as closely as possible, relative to the transducer.
The motor only moves once you release the control, so while it is moving, tap Stop to stop
movement.
To move the motor back to its center position, tap Reset.
8. Expand the 4D scan section, then set all 4D image parameters as desired. This section displays the
following controls:
Scan Distance: Sets the distance (in milimeters) that the 3D motor will travel during 4D-Mode
o
acquisition. Scan distance ranges between 0.53 mm and 37.99 mm. Achievable scan
distances depend on step size selection..
Step Size: Sets the distance that the 3D motor t ravels between each EKV time point. S tep
o
sizes are typically between 0.04 mm and 0.50 mm.
