In the dual window view, use this feature when you want to
adjust your sample volume in the B-Mode scout window while

you view the waveform data in the PW Doppler Mode window.
Tap Simultaneous to activate the simultaneous state.
Tap Simultaneous again to freeze the scout window and return
to PW Doppler image data only.
