B-Mode Image Area and NLC Mode Box
This area shows the B-Mode image. Use this area to position the transducer and the size/position of the
Nonlinear Contrast Mode box.
The box displayed over the image represents the portion of this image that is being viewed in Nonlinear
Contrast Mode. The NLC Mode data is displayed on the right side, and only applies to the part of the B-
Mode image that is within the NLC Mode box.
In the default view, the B-Mode and Nonlinear Contrast Mode views are placed side by side, but this view
can be changed using the Display Layout control.
Contrast Display Map
The right column of two-toned scale is the contrast display map.
The left column of the scale is the display map for the B-Mode image.
