2. Perform the following actions, as needed:
While watching the B-Mode scout window, tap and drag the green wireframe as close to your

Adjust the gate size by pinching or using the Gate

and PW Tissue Doppler Controls on page 139).
Make angle adjustments using the following controls:

Tap and drag the circular handle.

Tap the +45°, 0°, or -45° buttons.

Use the Doppler Angle

Use the Beam Steering control to steer the Control-Beam angle if the target vessel is

perpendicular or nearly perpendicular to the transducer face.
3. Tap Start to start the spectral trace.
4. Adjust the sweep speed by using the Sweep Speed control. Tap Sweep Speed, then adjust the
slider.
