Activates a series of screen overlays intended to help you
position the transducer to the animal's skin line for optimal image

Applies a pixel-averaging algorithm to the most recently acquired
frames to produce a more uniform view of the image area. This
feature reduces shimmering and motion artifacts in faster moving
tissue, and is useful for imaging uniform tissues such as the liver,
kidney, or prostate.
Tap Persistence, then select a desired level of strength for the
Live
feature. Each level corresponds to the number of frames used in
the algorithm:
Off = 1 frame

Low = 4 frames
l
Medium = 8 frames
l
High = 12 frames
l
Opens the Presets menu.
Use this menu to select an appropriate preset.
