Red blocks represent actions that the system must pause acquisition to perform. When a red block is
l
carried out, the system pauses acquisition, performs the actions, and then resumes acquisition.
These blocks tend to take more time, and exact timing my vary.
The left side of the chart contains a list of blocks. Scroll up and down the list to view all blocks.
The right side of the chart contains the current sequence of blocks. Tap any block to view details about it in
the Details section. For long sequences, scroll up and down the list to view different parts of the sequence.
Edit a Pulse Sequence
The following actions are available when assembling a pulse sequence:
To add a block, drag it from the list of blocks on the left, and drop it into the desired area on the right.

To move a block from one part of the sequence to another, drag the block to the desired location.
l
To remove a block, drag it from the area on the right and drop it into the list on the left. The block will
l
be deleted.
To edit the properties of a block, tap the block and then make the appropriate edits in the Details
l
section.
