Interface Overview
The Photoacoustics menu is split into several sections:
Single Wavelength Bookmarks: This section lets the user define the five bookmarked wavelengths

that are available through the PA-Mode (Single) control.
Automatic Spectral Unmixing: Select the Enable automatic mixing check box to have the
l
system automatically unmix components once a PA-Mode (Spectro) or a PA-Mode (Multi-
wavelength) scan is complete. The system will automatically create layers for each component so
that you can select or deselect them when reviewing the image. If this check box is not enabled, you
will have to unmix components manually.

Spectral Curves: Tap this button to open the Spectral Curves menu, which is used to manage

components used for spectral unmixing.
