The User Management menu consists of a list of all users on the system, with buttons along the bottom of
the screen. These buttons allow you to add, edit, enable, disable, delete, import, and export users.
To perform an action on a user, tap the user in the list and then tap the appropriate button.
Additional user management options are available below the list of users:
Enable guest account: Displays a Guest button at the login screen, which allows users to log in to

the system without an account and password. Guest users can capture images with the system, but
cannot save data to a unique account, and cannot access certain system settings.
Show user name dropdown on login screens: When enabled, the User Name fields on the login
l
screen display a drop-down list of all available users. When disabled, the User Name fields are edit
fields with no drop-down list.
Add User
To create a new user:
1. At the User Management menu, tap Add User.
The Add User menu appears.
