Initiating Reservation of Exchange Line on Busy

If you hear a busy signal before you have continued dialling the phone
number, all exchange lines (first and second B channel of the available
external S
ports) are currently busy. You can initiate the reservation of an
0
exchange line if you want your PBX to call you back as soon as a free line
is available.
If you hear the busy signal before finishing the dialling process, proceed as
follows:
1. Press the Flash key or the Query key.
2. Dial *37#.
You will hear the confirmation tone.
3. Hang up the receiver.
As soon as a line is available, you will be called back by the PBX.
4. Pick up the receiver.
You will hear the external dial tone.
5. Dial an external number without an exchange line access number.
Note: When using ISDN phones, you cannot dial directly after picking up
the receiver of the ringing phone (callback of the PBX). After picking up
the receiver when the phone rings, you will hear the confirmation tone
instead of the external dial tone. Put down the receiver and pick it up
again immediately. You can now dial as usual.
