Transferring
A call partner can be transferred (connected) to an internal or external
subscriber.
During an existing call, the following options are available for transferring a
call:

Transferring with Announcement (page 273)
•
Blind Transfer (Transferring without Announcement) (page 275)
•
Placing Communication Partner in Waiting Loop (page 276)
•
Calling a Third Subscriber and Transferring to an Active Communication
Partner (page 277)
•
Parking the Call Internally (Call Parking) (page 279)
Transferring with Announcement
In order to transfer a call, first initiate a query call, announce the call and
then connect both communication partners.
Requirements:
•
Initiated query call
•
To connect two external communication partners, the following is
required: Authorisation Transfer of external calls to external assigned
to the subscriber
•
Hang up the receiver during a query call.
Both communication partners are connected with each other.
