Proceed as follows:

Using the Configuration Manager (page User data > Address books >
Contacts & assignment >
A contact must at least consist of a phone number and a corresponding
entry in the entry fields Surname and Company. Additionally, you can add
further phone numbers (up to 4), names, e-mail and Internet addresses,
postal addresses and a contact image. Furthermore, a contact is assigned
to one or more contact group(s).
For the displaying in the call data list and for various connected phones the
display name is used. If you have not entered anything in the entry field
display name, the display name will automatically be generated from the
