Monitoring
•
If operations in the same network are unaffected, check the PBX's
network configuration (ETHERNET CONFIGURATION or DNS
CONFIGURATION, page Administration > IP configuration).
If this does not produce any results, check the status of the individual areas:
STUN request
The STUN server's response is error-free and indicates that the firewall
permits traffic via the SIP transport protocol.
No STUN server has been entered for the VoIP provider in Public switched
tel. networks > Voice over IP (VoIP) > Provider > Configure.
Error, e.g. because:
•
The STUN server is offline.
•
The STUN server's IP address or URL for the VoIP provider has been
entered incorrectly in Public switched tel. networks > Voice over IP
(VoIP) > Provider > Configure, or a port specified by the provider has
not been entered.
•
The STUN server is sending incorrect responses.
•
The STUN server reports that a firewall is blocking the SIP transport
protocol or does not otherwise permit Voice over IP. In this case, Voice
over IP can presumably not be used through the firewall without the
proper access.
