Call Data Column Settings

Proceed as follows:
• Using the Configuration Manager (page User data > Call data > Print
options)
Date
This column shows the day the call was started. The date information is
displayed in DD.MM.YY format.
Time
This column shows the time the call was started.The time information is
shown in HH:MM:SS format.
Duration
This column shows how long the recorded call or the call lasted (format
HH:MM:SS).
