Hotel Function
Final amount
The printout of the data of the single connections is followed by the line
which serves to print out the final invoice amount (e. g. Sum (incl. V.A.T.) =
19,24 Euro). In addition, the included tax can be given in the line below (e. g.
16% V.A.T. = 2,49 Euro).
Sum
Freely selectable headline for the line with the final amount.
(incl. VAT)
Freely selectable addition for the line with the final amount.
Tax
Specifies the current tax rate.
VAT
Freely selectable addition for the line with the included tax.
Print tax
The included tax is printed out.
Currency name
Specifies which abbreviation is used for the currency in the printout.
Missing call data
The PBX has a call data memory in which call data records of external calls
are stored and protected from power outages. If the capacity of the call data
memory is exceeded (e. g. during the visit of a long-time guest), a note is
displayed on the phone bill of this guest. This note can be made by the user,
e. g.
Calls prior to the following date are not contained in the individual
