Busy-on-Busy
deactivated
The number of callers put through to the group is not limited.
busy from x connections on
The number of callers put through to the group is limited to the number
configured here.
Note:
The setting busy from 1 connection on makes sense if e. g. the group
is used to call one user on several phones.
The Busy-on-Busy and Ann. before answering functions can work
hand-in-hand: If the function Ann. before answering On busy or
Always is enabled, it may be necessary to limit the number of callers
that are automatically put on hold in the waiting loop. This prevents more
callers being on hold than can be accepted within a reasonable time. To
do this, the Busy-on -Busy function can be enabled for a certain
number of connections. If, for example, two phones are logged into the
corresponding group and both are in a call, a maximum of four callers
will be put into the waiting loop if the limit is six. Callers not put on hold
in the waiting loop due to the Busy-on-Busy restriction will directly hear
the busy signal instead of the announcement for announcement before
answering. Internal callers cannot be limited with the Busy-on-Busy
function.
