Call Data
Connection no.
In this column the own external number is displayed.
•
For an outgoing call: the phone number that was used to forward the call
to the public exchange
•
For an incoming call: the phone number dialled by the caller
•
For a call made via an ISDN PTMP connection: the MSN
•
For a call made via an ISDN PTP connection: the PBX base
number+DDI or the additional number
•
For a call made via an analogue connection: the analogue number
•
For a call made via Voice over IP: the Internet phone number
Charges
In this column the accrued amount of charges for the call is displayed:
•
LCR data
•
Data transmitted by the network provider (units are calculated into
charges with the Price per unit entered under Functions > Call
allowance accounts.
Note:
If the charges for the calls are to be recorded, transmission of the call
charges must be enabled on the external S
If using an analogue exchange line or a VoIP account for external calls,
no charges will be displayed unless charges have been entered via Soft
LCR tables and the subscriber uses uses the LCR function.
