Settings Address Book Transmission for DECT Handsets

Proceed as follows:
Using the Configuration Manager (page User data > Address books >
Contacts & assignment)
Requirements:
Base station COMfortel DECT IP1040 operated on the PBX
COMfortel DECT 900/900C Handsets
For users: read access for those contact groups whose entries are to be
transmitted to the phone books of the handsets
Configured password for the access via COMfortel DECT IP1040
– Using the Configuration Manager (page User data > Address
books > Settings)
Note: The access with other passwords (e. g. the admin password) is
not recommended, as the password is sent unencrypted by the
COMfortel DECT IP1040. The access must be configured in the Config-
uration Manager of the COMfortel DECT IP1040 (page Network/PBX >
Additional Servers under Phonebook).
Configured DECT system phone or IP DECT system phone
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Subscriber (scr.) > Phone
numbers)
Contact groups of the type COMfortel DECT 900 Handsets and/or
COMfortel DECT 900C Handsets in the address books
