Slot x - Port No | Name of connection: The dialling is carried out by the GSM
gateway at the selected external port of the ISDN PTMP connection.

Adds a new exception number to the list. You must then make the settings
for the exception number.

Deletes the entries marked in the list.

The columns Phone number / range and Name are saved to the (PC) data
storage device in a file called ausnahmerufnr.csv.
