Do-not-disturb, Call Deblocker and Call Restrictor

Do-not-disturb, Call Deblocker and
Call Restrictor
The do-not-disturb function offers the option of blocking internal and
external calls as well as blocking group calls on a specific phone. A caller
hears only a busy signal. An internal subscriber can reach a phone with call
protection in an emergency using a priority call.
The do-not-disturb function has no influence on outgoing calls, callbacks,
wake-up calls or InterCom calls.
If you would still like to allow specific people to call you despite enabling the
do-not-disturb function, the external numbers of these people can be
assigned a call deblocker for incoming calls in the PBX (VIP numbers). The
call deblocker which applies to all subscribers can be enabled on your own
phone as needed.
If there are certain persons who you absolutely do not want to call you or if
you do not want callers to call an extension, their external numbers and/or
all anonymous callers can be assigned to a call restrictor for incoming calls
(Robinson numbers). The call restrictor which applies to all subscribers can
be enabled on your own phone as needed.
Proceed as follows for configuration:
Creating the call deblocker and restrictor (incoming).
– Using the Configuration Manager (page User data > Special
numbers)
