Call Charge Information

Call Charge Information
To monitor the charges accrued on the connection and also on the internal
phones, the charges are recorded by the PBX for each subscriber
separately. From time to time, the total charge may be reviewed on the
corresponding phone and deleted, if necessary. The deletion has no
influence on the call charges recorded in the call data memory of the PBX.
To check the charges during a call or directly afterwards, the charges are
transmitted to ISDN phones unchanged at the moment they are accrued
even if the receiver is on-hook. For an analogue phone with a charge meter,
you can define how to convert the charges transmitted via ISDN into charge
pulses.
Proceed as follows for configuration:
Switching charge information at the external connection on.
– Using the Configuration Manager (on the following pages)
– Public switched tel. networks > ISDN connections > PTMP
connection > Configure
– Public switched tel. networks > ISDN connections > PBX base
numbers/trunk bundles > Configure
Configuring the charge pulse frequency.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Subscriber (scr.) > All
subscribers)
Setting charge pulses for analogue subscribers.
– Using the Configuration Manager (page Subscriber (scr.) >
Properties > Analogue settings)
