Knowledge of the user, sub-admin or admin PIN
1. Start the COMfortel Set configuration software.
2. Open the menu Options > Interface....
3. In the Interface list field, select the IP network option, and then in the
IP address entry field, enter the IP address of the PBX and in the IP
port (Default: 7002) entry field, enter the configuration port for system
phones on the PBX.
Note: If using the USB connection, select the option USB or ISDN card
(CAPI 2.0), depending on the used driver.
4. Click OK.
5. Open the menu File > Open.
6. Click Phone.
The Connection routes dialogue appears with the devices connected
via the configured interface.
7. If necessary, double-click the PBX symbol to display all the connected
system phones. Select the phone whose configuration you want to open
and click OK.
The PIN entry dialogue appears.
8. Select the desired authorisation from the Authorisation level list field.
9. Enter the associated PIN in the PIN entry field and click OK.
The configuration is loaded from the phone. This may take a while.
