Before configuring universal NQA parameters, create NQA tests correctly.

6.28.2 Configuring Universal Parameters for the NQA Test Instance

This part describes the application of each parameter in the NQA test instance.
Context
Perform the following steps on the NQA client.

The system view is displayed.
Step 2 Run:
nqa test-instance admin-name test-name
The NQA test instance view is displayed.
Step 3 Configure global parameters for the test instance as required. Before configuring the global
parameters, run the test-type command to specify the test type.

This parameter cannot be configured for Mtrace test instances.

The fill string is set for the NQA test instance.
NOTE
This parameter cannot be configured for SNMP, TCP, FTP, HTTP, LSPTrace, DNS, PWE3 Trace, and
MTrace test instances. In the case that the icmp-jitter-type of the ICMPJitter test instanceis is icmp-
echo, this parameter can be configured for ICMPJitter.
datasize size
The packet size is set for the NQA test instance.
