Procedure
Step 1 Configure the VLAN that each interface belongs to, as shown in
mentioned here.
Step 2 Set IP addresses of interfaces.
# Set the IP address of VLANIF 100.
<Quidway> system-view
[Quidway] sysname SwitchA
[SwitchA] interface xgigabitethernet2/0/1
[SwitchA-XGigabitEthernet2/0/1] port link-type access
[SwitchA-XGigabitEthernet2/0/1] port default vlan 100
[SwitchA-XGigabitEthernet2/0/1] quit
[SwitchA] interface vlanif 100
[SwitchA-Vlanif100] ip address 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0
[SwitchA-Vlanif100] quit
# The configurations of other interfaces are similar to the configuration of VLANIF 100, and
the details are not mentioned here.
Step 3 Configure static equal-cost routes.
# Configure static equal-cost routes for load balancing the traffic.
[SwitchA] ip route-static 0.0.0.0 0 vlanif 10 11.0.1.2
[SwitchA] ip route-static 0.0.0.0 0 vlanif 20 11.0.2.2
[SwitchA] ip route-static 0.0.0.0 0 vlanif 30 11.0.3.2
[SwitchA] ip route-static 0.0.0.0 0 vlanif 40 11.0.4.2
Step 4 Configure ECMP.
# Configure ECMP based on traffic classification and monitoring.
[SwitchA] ecmp load-balance diffluence
Step 5 Configure Switch A to retain the original TTL value.
# Configure Switch A to retain the original TTL value on XGE2/0/1.
[SwitchA] interface xgigabitethernet2/0/1
[SwitchA-XGigabitEthernet2/0/1] set ttl unvaried
[SwitchA-XGigabitEthernet2/0/1] quit
Step 6 Verify the configuration.
