RAP 7.52 "IM****" Message Faults

This fault message is displayed because of a failure of the Imager Hardware/Software on the System
Controller.
1 Switch the printer power off. Remove System Controller PWB from System Controller Chassis.
Verify all SIMM/DIMMs on the System Controller PWB are properly installed. All SIMM/DIMMs
are properly installed.

Properly install all SIMM/DIMMs in their respective slot on the System Controller PWB.
2 Upgrade System Controller Software to latest level (5.12). The error message reappears.

3 Replace the System Controller PWB (REP 4.10.7). The error message reappears.
