1.5 Defining Basic ACLs

A basic ACL defines rules only based on the Layer 3 source IP addresses to analyze
and process data packets.
The value range for basic ACL numbers is 2,000 to 2,999.

1.5.1 Configuration Prerequisites

Before configuring an ACL rule containing time range arguments, you need to define
the corresponding time ranges. For the configuration of time ranges, refer to
Configuring Time Ranges
The value of the source IP address information in the rule has been defined.
