Announcement Service can be used to provide a voice message when an incoming

C.O. line/Tie line call has been transferred and encounters a busy or no answer condi-
tion. After the voice message is given, normal call processing continues.
This application can be programmed on a tenant basis.
Only one (1) message of up to the following seconds can be recorded on an individ-
ual Digital Announcement Trunk Card.
Built-in DAT on MP: 120 sec.
4DAT card: 120 sec.
In this application, a minimum of two Digital Announcement Trunk Circuits are need-
ed, one for busy condition, and one for no answer.
More than one Digital Announcement Trunk Circuit can be used, depending on traffic
conditions.
System programming can be set to, wait until circuit(s) become free or immediately
follow preprogrammed normal call handling, if a busy condition is encountered.
Digital Announcement Trunk Circuits can be shared among tenants.
This feature does not function on Attendant transferred calls.
