GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature enables the accumulation of call charges and associated information for outgoing
C.O. calls, and controls the information on station or Station Group basis without an external computer.
STATION APPLICATION
All stations
OPERATING PROCEDURE
When printing out the call records on station basis:
1. Print out the call records by the Interim Printout:
a. Depress PRT key.
b. Depress CR key.
c. Depress DET key.
d. Dial the station number.
e. Depress SET key.
2. Confirm whether the call records are printed out normally or not.
3. Clear the call records by the Audit Report (without printout):
a. Depress CR key.
b. Depress DET key.
c. Dial the station number.
d. Depress RESET key.
When printing out the call records on group basis:
1. Print out the call records by the Interim Printout:
a. Depress PRT key.
b. Depress CR key.
c. Depress DET key.
d. Depress GRP key.
e. Dial the group number.
f. Depress SET key.
2. Confirm whether the call records are printed out normally or not.
3. Clear the call records by the Audit Report (without printout):
a. Depress CR key.
b. Depress DET key.
c. Depress GRP key.
d. Dial the group number.
e. Depress RESET key.
