GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature provides DISTINCTIVE RINGING patterns to the station so that the station user
can distinguish between internal and external incoming calls.
This feature also enables the LED associated with the line key of the D
according to the kind of incoming call.

All stations

5. The ringing pattern for incoming internal calls is programmable on a system basis.
6. The ringing pattern for incoming external calls is programmable on per trunk route basis.
7. The ringing pattern of recalls to Single Line Telephones is the same pattern as that of the original call.
8. If an Off-Premises Station (OPS) or denied station is assigned to a station line, an option is available
for that class of service to eliminate DISTINCTIVE RINGING signals.
