GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature allows a secretary to voice-announce a call to a boss when the secretary answers a
call to the boss' line.

OPERATING PROCEDURE

To transfer from D to D
1. Call terminates to boss' line.
2. Secretary answers the call on Sub Line of secretary's D
3. Secretary depresses line key of answered all; boss and secretary talk by VOICE CALL. LCD dis-
plays (boss and secretary) "ICM xxxx"
4. Boss answers the call; LCD displays "xxxx"
5. Secretary hangs up; calling party talks to boss.
To cancel:
1. Secretary depresses the line key.
2. Secretary talks to calling party.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. Secretary must have boss' Prime Line appearing on the D
2. Secretary must have a D
3. This service feature is only available when the secretary is talking on boss' Prime Line.
4. This feature must be allowed in CLASS OF SERVICE - INDIVIDUAL via system data programming.
5. BOSS-SECRETARY TRANSFER is denied if the secretary is connected to the Attendant Console.
6. If provided in the system, held caller will hear MUSIC ON HOLD.
7. Call is recorded in STATION MESSAGE DETAIL RECORDING (SMDR) for the boss' station.
