To access from a D
:
1. Lift handset or depress Speaker key.
2. Depress Sub Line key associated with predetermined desired outside party. Destination party is
automatically dialled; Ringback Tone is heard, destination party answers.
3. After completion of conversation, hang up or depress RELEASE key.
To make another HOT LINE call immediately, depress another subline key without going on hook and off-
hook.
SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. The Virtual Line or a Single Line Telephone can be assigned for the HOT LINE station.
2. When a station user is confronted with a situation in which all trunks are busy or all senders are busy at
the time of calling under this service, Reorder Tone is heard at the HOT LINE stations.
3. Outside connection in BROKERAGE-HOT LINE service can be realized. The LCD indicates:
a. When a station user calls: trunk classification such as DDD, Tie and trunk number.
b. When a station user answers a call: time duration, trunk classification, and trunk number.
4. The STATION MESSAGE DETAIL RECORDING (SMDR) is available for outgoing calls in the
BROKERAGE HOT LINE - OUTSIDE service.
5. Number of HOT LINE: 100 Lines.
