TIMS Optional Prints
For more customizing, the TIMS can be applied the following optional print together with the bill-
ing data printout.
• Extra Call Charge
As seen from Example 15, a hotel staff can enter the additional call charge to a guest station

by the D TIMS Terminal operation.
• Commission on each call
The preprogrammed commission value can be applied for each outgoing call charge. The
commission value is fixed irrespective of the call duration.
• Long time call indication (See Example 16)
• Hotel Name on the billing data
• Direct Data Entry record
• Wake-Up time record
• Wake-Up result record
• Do Not Disturb record
• Message Waiting Lamp record
• Room Cut-Off record
• Room Status record
• Check-In/Check-Out record
The commission amount on each call can be assigned by the following command:
NOTE 1:
CMD004>(60-75) Commission for K-Method
CMD004>(76-91) Commission for H-Method
CMD004>(40-49) Commission for Flat Rate
The CMD001>10 designates the threshold of the Long Time Call Indication.
NOTE 2:
The hotel name can be assigned by the CMD030. The CMD001>3 designates when

the hotel name is printed.
