GENERAL DESCRIPTION
This service feature prevents an incoming call (UCD call) to an agent station by operation of the agent
station within UCD group when the station user leaves from the agent station.

OPERATING PROCEDURE
To set BUSY OUT:
From Agent Station (Single Line Telephone or D
1. Lift the handset; receive Dial Tone.
2. Dial the BUSY OUT set access code; receive Service Set Tone.
From Agent Station (D
1. Press the BUSY OUT key.
2. The corresponding LED lights.
From Agent Station (Single Line Telephone or D
1. Momentarily press the hookswitch (Single Line Telephone) or press Transfer key (D
receive Special Dial Tone.
2. Dial the BUSY OUT set access code; receive Service Set Tone.
3. Momentarily press the hookswitch (Single Line Telephone) or press Transfer key (D
4. Agent Station return to the conversation with C.O. Line.
From Agent Station (D
1. Press the BUSY OUT key.
2. The corresponding LED lights.
To cancel BUSY OUT:
From a Single Line Telephone:
1. Lift the handset; receive Dial Tone.
2. Dial the BUSY OUT cancellation code; receive Service Set Tone.
