4. This service feature is only available when both the boss and secretary are on their own Prime Line.
5. BOSS-SECRETARY OVERRIDE is denied if the boss is connected to the Attendant Console.
6. If provided in the system, the held caller will hear MUSIC ON HOLD.
7. BOSS-SECRETARY OVERRIDE is denied to the secretary if the secretary has activated or is engaged
in any of the followings:
• ATTENDANT OVERRIDE
• CALL TRANSFER
• BUSY VERIFICATION
• CONSULTATION HOLD-ALL CALLS
• CALL WAITING-ORIGINATING
• DIAL ACCESS TO ATTENDANT
• EXECUTIVE RIGHT OF WAY
• THREE-WAY CALLING
