AUTOMATIC CHANGE OF NIGHT SERVICE
GENERAL DESCRIPTION
If an incoming external call terminates to an Attendant Console and remains unanswered for a pre-
determined period of time, the AUTOMATIC CHANGE OF NIGHT SERVICE feature is activated. The
call is then routed to a Night destination.

SERVICE CONDITIONS
1. This service feature is only for external incoming calls, and is to be provided on each trunk basis.
a. Ring Down Incoming Call
b. LDN (DID, Tie) Incoming Call
c. CALL FORWARDING to Attendant Incoming Call (Note 1)
d. ICPT (Note 1)
Note 1: Provided a night destination is programmed for the trunk on which the call was made.
2. The timing for providing this service is from 32 to 36 seconds after the call status has changed from
"Trunk Incoming Call" to "Attendant Call".
Note 2: • The above-mentioned timing can be changed as per the Office Data.
• For the range of selectable timing, refer to the Command Manual.
3. NIGHT SERVICE assignment applied to the unanswered call is the same that applies to that external
line when the system is placed in Night mode.
