Group Billing
The TIMS target stations can be divided into groups. When individual station's billing data is ac-
cumulated, the total amount of the call charge of each group can be printed.
As seen from Figure below, there are three group levels. A station (or ATTCON) may belong to
a Small Group, and a Medium Group set has the Small Group(s). Also, a Medium Group may
belong to a Large Group, and a Large Group set has the Medium Group(s). See Example 3 and
Example 4 as the "Station Group Call Record" and "Station Group Totaled Bill".
If a station belongs to the default group number (means that the station group data is not as-
signed), the system recognizes as the station is not categorized.
When the station is categorized, the total amount of the group can be printed.
Moreover, the grand total amount of the whole categorized stations is available by the special
group number. There are two kinds of special group number (777 and 999) which allows two dif-
ferent print formats for the grand total amount of the whole categorized stations with individual
station's Call Records. See Example 5 and 6.
Also, there are three kinds of special group number (777, 888 and 999) for the grand total amount
of the categorized stations with or without individual station's Totaled Bill. See Example 7/8/9.
